Drop Dead, Gorgeous, are set to release there third studio album titled The Hot N’ Heavy June 2^nd. The band has changed a lot since their previous album but they still sustain the same feel as they did before, something for all Drop Dead, Gorgeous fans to be happy about.

        When it comes to naming their songs, the band hasn’t changed all that much, (always something to laugh about). For real, who wouldn’t love a song called "There’s No Business Like Snow Business”. In all seriousness this is a good mix of intense guitar riffs, excellent drum work and keyboard that gets better and better as you listen to it. Songs like “Two Birds, One Stone,” show both incredible musicianship and an amazing voice. While not usually something to be impressed with the song “Interlude 1” Gives Drop Dead, Gorgeous a very ambient quality that hasn’t been much by the band.

        Although the CD is a staple for all Drop Dead, Gorgeous fans, some songs will leave you asking yourself if they are just another band you can hear blasting in any Hot Topic store near you. This disk goes song by song of either incredibleness to being halfway decent.
